Maybe you are having trouble writing because you are setting your standards so high. Reading your diary entries is always a treat because you are in touch with yourself and very articulate. A lot of times you say things that make me think. I wish you would reintroduce the Animal Medicine cards because they seem to provide you with a base that you can count on having whenever you want to write as well as a lens through which you can view your needs and wishes and the places you need to be careful. I think you do a good job sorting that out and I like to read what you say because it gives me ideas, too. On the other hand, if the Animal Medicine cars are not helping, do what your own self that ells you to do. I hope that you my piggy-backing on your Animal Medicine cards doesn’t bother you.

You are always really excited about helping. It is a wise person who knows that it is the best fun of all to be the kind of person who feels the need to help others and then does it.

I am *so* glad about the presents! It will be fun to have a good time with the horses in Eunumclaw (maybe some pictures?) and now you can pop into the gym whenever you want. I hope it is nearby, but you seem to get where you need to go a lot more often than you give yourself credit for.

holy crap, that is powerful… both the dream and the insight you have into the programs even as they are affecting you. and i can definitely relate to not talking to anyone because i feel like they are mad at me, and being programmed to think no one will love me. wow, indigos, way to go… you’ve done some amazing work. and i love reading about it.

I just looked at the top right corner of this page — you had better take care of this right away and make sure you follow whatever pain-in-the-neck instructions they give you to the letter. You have gotten a very clear message that you are more susceptible to infection than most others, so you need to accept that you can’t take any shortcuts.
